The Ithaca Zoning Board of Appeals meets the fourth Thursday of every month (as needed) at 6:00 p.m. at the City of Ithaca Municipal Building, 129 West Emerson Street.

2023 Meeting Dates
The regular meetings of the City of Ithaca Zoning Board of Appeals will be held in the Council Chambers located at the Ithaca City Hall, 129 W. Emerson Street, Ithaca, Michigan 48847 at 6:00pm.

Business to be considered by the Zoning Board of Appeals and placed on the agenda must be done so by no later than 12:00 noon on the Wednesday preceding the meeting. Items requiring variances must have written information submitted at least 30 days prior to the date of the next meeting. Public comments are a normal agenda item and if unable to attend, public comments may be submitted in writing prior to any meeting.
