PUBLIC NOTICE: CITY OF ITHACA
Bid Proposals for Sidewalk Replacement Program Zones 5 & 6

The City of Ithaca is currently accepting sealed bid proposals for sidewalk replacement. Bid packages may be picked up at City Hall, 129 W. Emerson Street, Ithaca, Michigan 48847 or may be emailed upon request. Contact the City Clerk at 989-875-3200 or clerk@ithacami.com to receive an emailed copy of the bid form. The sidewalk project is for a two-year contract. This years’ time-line is a September 30, 2026 completion deadline. For further information, please contact Brandon Smith, Superintendent of Public Works at (989) 875-3200. Bids will be publicly opened on Friday, March 13, 2026 at 9:00am in the City Hall Council Chamber located at the above address and are to be marked as “Sidewalk Bid”.

The City of Ithaca reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the City of Ithaca. Bids received after the specified time will not be accepted.
