Ithaca has Five Parks and a Swimming Pool within the City Limits.

Woodland Park is located at the Western Border of the City Limits on West Center Street. This beautiful wooded setting is a great place to enjoy the peace and quiet or take the family to enjoy a picnic. Woodland Park today is host to a Playscape a large wooded play structure, 2 covered pavilions with picnic tables that may be reserved for functions. Please call City Hall at 989-875-3200. A band stage is located in the center of the park for music activities throughout the summer. You will find Woodland Park a very busy place in the winter, as it host's Gratiot County's only sledding hill. In the mood for a walk the park has a nature trail landscaped for walking through the trees.

The Indian Trail Marker within Woodland Park is in dedication of the early settlers that came to Ithaca by way of this Indian Trail. The marker was placed on the boulder in remembrance of the settlers of 1929. Since then Woodland Park has become a host to many activities including concerts in the summer.

Ithaca Dog Park now located at the northeast corner of Woodland Park. The Dog Park is 100 by 200 ft, which leaves plenty of room for your dog to run. Let your dog off the leash for some fun. This is a great way for your dog to socialize with other dogs. The park is divided into two areas, a place for little dogs and a place for big dogs. The Dog Park also has picnic tables for you while your dog plays. Open during regular park hours. (Pictures coming soon!)
