Ithaca has three parks located within the City limits.

Woodland Park is located at the Western Border of the City Limits on West Center Street. This beautiful wooded setting is a great place to enjoy the peace and quiet or take the family to enjoy a picnic. Woodland Park today is host to a Playscape a large wooded play structure, 2 covered pavilions with picnic tables that may be reserved for functions. A band stage is located in the center of the park for music activities throughout the summer. You will find Woodland Park a very busy place in the winter, as it host's Gratiot County's only sledding hill. In the mood for a walk the park has a nature trail landscaped for walking through the trees.
The Indian Trail Marker that is in Woodland Park is in dedication of the early settlers that came to Ithaca by way of this Indian Trail. The marker was placed on the boulder in remembrance of the settlers of 1929. Since then Woodland Park has become a host to many activities including concerts in the summer.

Atkinson Park is located on the North East side of Ithaca, this property owned by the City of Ithaca, and was made into a park by Ithaca Rotary in memory of Bob Atkinson, former Mayor, business owner and Rotary Member. The park has picnic benches and is a very quiet setting. The property is close to the Ithaca Senior Center and Senior Housing. Today Atkinson Park is home for the City tree nursery.

McNabb Park is located in the Southern part of Ithaca. This park hosts many activities each year, Harness Race Training can be seen on a daily basis. McNabb Park is home to the Gratiot Ag Society Expo Fair that takes place in June of every year. This open class fair has participants of all ages and from surrounding areas. Camping is also available at McNabb Park. The AYSO soccer organization for Gratiot County is located in the park also. On Saturday mornings in the spring and fall you will find many youth participating in soccer along with their parents. The Jail House Trail is a great walking or biking path that many people enjoy in all four seasons.
